Warranty & Return Policy


Legal warranty
6 months

You have a 6-month warranty on the products you have purchased online through our website. The warranty covers goods that are broken or damaged, as described in the Consumer Protection Enforcement Act. Guarantees only apply to original manufacturing defects and not to damage that arose during or after receipt of the products, caused by your own fault or the fault of a third party. If you have received a damaged product, please contact Aluxem Store as soon as possible after discovering the damage by sending us an email with photos of both the damaged goods and any damaged packaging. You can send this email to support@aluxem.com, stating 'Warranty' in the subject line.

No guarantee is given if defects are the result of: normal wear and tear, improper use, not or incorrectly performed maintenance, installation, assembly, modification or repairs done by the customer or third parties.

Arrival Warranty

All our products come with a delivery warranty. If the product is damaged during shipment, we will be responsible for the risk. If any damage is found to the packaging and products upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aluxem.com and enclose photos of the packaging and products. We ask you to return the product in its original packaging. We will send you a new product as soon as possible. Aluxem will cover the cost of returning and resending the product.

Return Policy

Return period
14 days

When purchasing products through the website, the legal right to revoke within 14 days applies. You therefore have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the moment either you, or someone who received the order for you, received the ordered goods. When invoking this right, we will charge 30% of the purchase amount.

Aluxem Store will refund the payment to the customer without undue delay, within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods and after assessment. The reimbursement will be made by a refund to the account that the customer used to complete the payment.


1. All our products are sealed with a quality seal, please don't remove the seal if you are in doubt about your purchase and want to make use of the return period. This ensures that you can return the product in its original packaging.
2. Please ensure that the product is undamaged and unused (don't break the seal).
3. Register your return at support@aluxem.com
4. After receiving your return information (address and return number), deliver the package with care to our carrier MyParcel.
5. After we have received your return, we will evaluate it.
6. If your product meets the above requirements, you will receive the order amount due (-30% return costs) within 14 days back on your account.
